Registration is open from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM every day. On the first day, there is an official opening at 9:40 AM. From the second day on lectures start at 10:00 AM.
Please note that attendees that came before the registration opens will not be registered ahead of time.
In order to be registered as an attendee and enter the venue, you'll need:
Digital ticket is fine, you don't have to print it.
If you've got an Academic ticket, please don't forget to bring along your student or professor/postgraduate student ID.
If you purchased a ticket for both the sptdc school and the hydra conferences, you need to go to the registration desk on the first day to receive a conference participant badge.
After registration you'll get:

The nearest metro station is Moskovskaya (exit to the airport).
Entrance to the congress center is at Galstyana st.
How to get to Park Inn by Radisson Pulkovskaya from the airport:
From the Moskovskaya metro station, you can go to the congress center on foot or by bus (one stop). You'll need one of those buses: №№ 3, 11, 13, 13А, 39, 59, 90, 141, 150, 155, 187, 301.
If you go by car, you can park it near the hotel. Congress center has its own parking, but with very few spaces. Parking is free.
If you go by taxi, ask the driver to take you to the congress center's entrance.
Venue has 2Ghz и 5Ghz Wi-Fi (802.11ac only). You can find login and password for Wi-Fi on your attendee badge.

Lunch takes place at Paulaner restaurant from 1:30 PM till 2:30 PM every day.
Coffee break takes place opposite the elevator (see venue plan).
On July 10, all attendees are welcome to take part in buffet supper on the boat. It starts at 6:00 PM and ends around 10:00 PM. Here you can drink some beverages and hang out with your colleagues as well as SPTDC and the Hydra conference speakers.
Important! Boarding on the ship will be at Universistetskaya embankment 13. You can get to the boarding area on your own or by bus that departs from the congress center at 16:00.
On July 11, after the lectures' end, all attendees are welcome to listen to Maurice Herlihy's keynote in Room 1 at 6:30 PM. After the keynote, there is a Hydra conference party, where you can share your impressions with your friends and colleagues, hang out with your favorite speakers and take some pictures.
On July 10, at 14:20, a workshop takes place. This workshop is an opportunity for doctoral students and young researchers working in the area of distributed systems to present their work to our highly motivated and interested audience. You can use it to test your wild new ideas, discuss work in progress, or present your accomplishments (e.g., submitted or accepted conference papers, designed systems, etc.). The presentations are limited by 20 mins (including questions). We also provide space for posters in the coffee rooms. If you consider presenting your work at the workshop: please send your title/abstract to email@example.com
To complete the lecture exercises of Leslie Lamport you will need a TLA+ toolbox, which you can take here. Please, install it in advance.
Congress center is equipped with ramps, elevators and stairlifts. There aren't any stairs or doorsteps, so it's easy to move freely. Doorways allow people on wheelchairs and with mobility aids to enter the venue without any issues.
